Black carbon harms the climate and public health; reducing emissions would quickly improve both. This symposium featured expert presentations on the importance of mitigating black carbon, methane, and other short-lived warming pollutants, as well as win-win emission reduction strategies including clean cookstoves, clean diesel transport, industrial energy recycling and improved agricultural practices.
