quality and ultraviolet radiation in English and Spanish. This
system will be extended to Guadalajara, Monterrey and Toluca.

Air Quality Index (AQI)
The Air Quality Index (AQI) is a daily air quality report that
is now available to citizens across the U.S., especially in major
metropolitan areas. To find current data on air quality anywhere
in the U.S. refer to this list of over 80 links to local AQI sites.
Additional links are provided for more information on national
pollution policies and local environmental health.

for Clean Air and Public Health provides links to studies
on air pollution and the ancillary benefits of greenhouse
gas mitigation as well as a comprehensive inventory of local
air quality monitoring stations with online venues for relaying

Current UV Index Forecast
For an up to date forecast of UV levels in your area the National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration posts information daily
around 1:30pm EST. Contains a UV Index bulletin and map.

School Program
Provides a contoured analysis of the UV Index over the US

AIRNow
A US EPA site with comprehensive data on ozone for most US
cities. Also contains ozone maps, air quality forecasts, publications
and what individuals can do. Information is greatest in ozone
season, generally May to Sept. Ozone
STAPPA/ALAPCO
Clean Air World
Clean Air World is provided by STAPPA and ALAPCO, two national
associations of US state and local air pollution control agencies.
The web site provides easy access to information about air quality
issues and programs around the world.
